Katie Chase Insurance & Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in planning, promoting, and attending marketing and community outreach events.
- Manage and create content for social media platforms to engage current and prospective clients.
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner, providing excellent customer service.
- Perform data entry, maintain client databases, and assist with data management tasks.
- Support the preparation of client presentations and marketing materials.
- Conduct basic market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Help with administrative duties such as filing, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes and client engagement.
- Shadow professionals to gain insight into insurance policy processing and financial product offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- To be eligible for an internship, you must be a full-time student currently enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduate program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

- Our office is open Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:00.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
