Position Overview

As a summer intern at Katie Chase Insurance & Financial Services, Inc., your role will involve a variety of responsibilities including: 
  • Special Projects: You will be assigned specific projects that require research, analysis, and problem-solving skills. These projects will be focused on improving operational efficiency.
  • Data Entry: You will assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records by inputting information into the agency's database. 
  • Marketing Events: You will be involved in the planning and execution of community marketing events. This may include assisting with logistics, preparing promotional materials, and assisting with event setup and takedown.
  • Assisting Licensed Account Representatives: You will support the licensed account representatives in their day-to-day tasks. This may involve scanning documents, preparing mail, answering and directing phone calls, and providing general administrative support.
Throughout the internship, you will have the opportunity to learn about the insurance industry, gain exposure to various aspects of agency operations, and develop skills related to data management, marketing, and customer service.
