Katie Chase Insurance & Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Insurance Account Representative. Responsibilities

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Work with the agent to establish and meet service goals.
Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, develop leads, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
Self-motivated
Proactive in problem solving
Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
Ability to make presentations to potential customers
Achieve mutually agreed upon service and marketing goals
Ability to effectively relate to a customer
Property and Casualty license (must have currently)
Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
Position may require travel
Associate's degree or higher preferred

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Compensation: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in Novato and Sonoma.
Our office is open Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:00.
Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
